Default Built 1/10 Yeti

Hey guys, the time has come to part with my Yeti. I’m not getting out of the hobby completely but as you’ve noticed, I just don’t have much time for the races anymore and can’t justify having this vehicle sitting in my garage. I built it with the goal of it not breaking during a race, so lots of durability upgrades.

It started life as a RTR and I built it from there for U4 racing. No issues with it, includes all stock electronics. As you can see, the motor/ESC/receiver are included but aren’t installed. I just haven’t been able to find the time to reinstall them. Here’s a build list with some prices thrown in, mostly for my own estimate:

Front axle:
DLUX large bearing front diff housing 20
HPI spider gears
Axial HD 38/13 ring/pinion gears 26
200k diff fluid
DLUX/Ofna front axle/steering setup 160
RPM arms 14
Aluminum sleeved grade 12.9 arm bolts (haven’t had these bend on me since carefully sleeving them in addition to the RPM arms)
STRC aluminum caster blocks 37

Rear axle:
DLUX large bearing rear axle housing 20
DLUX carbon fiber full axle truss 29
Holmes TorqueMaster rear spool 26
Axial HD 38/13 ring/pinion gears 26
Ucfab aluminum trailing arms 30
DLUX titanium rear suspension links 25
MIP steel rear driveshaft 50
Vanquish aluminum rear wheel hubs .725 15

Other:
STRC aluminum steering components set 50
Aluminum steering posts 11
STRC aluminum front skid/hinge pin mount 19
Ottsix U4 tires gold compound w/ Deuce's Wild foams 98
6 Bolt 2.2" wheels 24
Aluminum body 49
70mm front springs (yellow, I think..)

A whole pile of stock and extra parts are included. The DLUX front axle setup you can read about but it uses 1/8 Ofna buggy universals so you won’t have issues with bent shafts. It also allows for quite a bit more steering travel than stock.

Including the truck, I have over $1200 into this build so I’m looking for $400 to get some bills paid. Located in Kent.
