It's a Mugen Bulldog. Circa 1985.
Looks stock and fairly complete, except for the cage damage.
There was a review of the Bulldog in the 2nd or 3rd issue of RCCA. I recently threw away all my old issues...dumb move since I'm now trying to collect some of those cars from "back in the day".

That's a pretty rare and cool find if you're into vintage RC's at all, and looks to be in pretty nice shape.

You could start with tamiyaclub.com for research, there is a lot of vintage nuts over there.

Here's a few threads on these odd machines.
They weren't a very successful car in competiton, and the air shocks and 4ws were downfalls.
But still, they are kinda cool.

Heres a bit of vintage that I bring to the table... Its a 1949 rc car called the Dri-Vit. Has about a 25 foot cord to a control box with a steering wheel, Throttle Lever, and reverse switch. Any interest?
