Default Picked Something from the Laser Cutters.... Predator Proto

I have been playing around with a couple Idea's let me know what you think..
Sorry about the horrible pictures..

.125 x 2.5" x 7.5" aluminum

Just picked up from the laser Cutters...

5 minutes of deburring by hand..

Just checking if the Goat and VF Dig will fit, so it's not mounted.. As you can see it's tight but I like it like that...

In this picture you can see the chassis is much cleaner from the 5 minute deburring, using your typical fine grit.

I will be trying to use Chrome Revo push rods for the lowers.. But I might have to give them a slight twicking.

You will also see the uppers on still be mocked up..

wow thats pretty cool. I love how low it sits.and with your shocks at that angle you could get unlimited amounts of articulation.
Im anxious to see a video

Thanks?

It's has 2 3/4" in ground clearance. The more vertical the shocks get the more height it gains.. I know when I run this one, the articulation will be limited to a roll of quarters.

The guy that is doing my cutting is trying to get me to use Stainless Steel for the Chassis. It's a cleaner cut.

An as soon as I find a source for Derlin. I fab up a new skid plate up.. Does any know of a place local?

Build looks good. You should ask your cutter how Ti will cut. That would be cool

I worked at a place that cut Titanium with lasers, works quite well. It's just a matter of settings.

Just for the TI- materail I am looking at about $300 online for a .10 x 12.0 x 12.0.

So I think I'll hold off untill every thing is dialed on..

But I am looking into it..
